Northview scored a 58-46 victory over Westwood in a consolation bracket game of the 2018 CresCom Bank Holiday Invitational at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center.
TURNING POINT: Northview held Westwood to just 22 percent shooting in the first half and forced the Redhawks into 14 turnovers to take a commanding 34-13 lead into the half. Westwood committed just four turnovers in the second half but could not close the gap below double digits.
NORTHVIEW STAT LEADERS: Ashlee Austin scored 20 points while Asjah Innis chipped in with 14 points five assists and four steals.
WESTWOOD STAT LEADERS: Nyah Leveretter paced the team in both points and rebounds with a double-double of 14 points and 14 boards.
