Norcross (GA) defeated Neumann-Goretti (PA) 65-47 to advance to the consolation bracket championship game of the 2017 CresCom Bank Holiday Invitational.
TURNING POINT: Trailing 8-6 with 12:34 remaining in the opening half, Norcross scored six unanswered points to take the lead for good. The Blue Devils would open a double digit advantage with an 8-0 run late in the first half and lead by as many as 18 in the second half to cruise to the victory.
NORCROSS LEADERS: Myra Strickland and Devyn Wilson were a two-person wrecking crew for Norcross as the pair combined for 48 points. Wilson scored a game-high 25 points while Wilson chipped in with 23 points and 13 rebounds.
NEUMANN-GORETTI LEADERS: Kiara Koger, Tatiana Jones and Jabria Ingram scored eight points each to lead the Saints.
