Cox Mill (NC) defeated Bishop O’Connell (VA) 78-59 to take home the 3rd place trophy in the 2018 Beach Ball Classic at the Myrtle Beach (SC) Convention Center.
NOTES: Cox Mill’s Wendell Moore, Jr., who will play at Duke, scored 122 points in the tournament to move into third place all time in the BBC record book. He ranks behind Luke Kennard’s 147 points (Franklin-OH, 2014) and Jalek Felton’s 123 (Mullins-SC, 123).
