Myrtle Beach, SC – December 29, 2023 – In a captivating semifinal game at the Beach Ball Classic, 1 of 1 Prep Academy (NC) secured a decisive 65-48 victory over J. Addison (Canada) at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. The win pushed 1 of 1 Prep Academy’s record to an impressive 10-3.
The game was dominated by 1 of 1 Prep Academy’s sharpshooting, as they hit 13 out of 32 three-point attempts. Sebastian Akins and Kobe Broome led the charge with 13 points each, while LJ Rush added 12 points along with 5 assists. Jeremiah Jackson contributed 9 points, including three 3-pointers.
J. Addison fought valiantly, with Eternity Eguagie scoring a team-high 12 points. Abraham Osman and Tony Ezeonu each contributed 9 points, with Osman also grabbing 8 rebounds. Mohamed Mahadhi added 7 points to the team’s total.
